We offer free membership plans with a focus on showcasing local and national brands that every parent needs.
For free membership plans, no payment will be taken.

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent.

11.1 Signing Up

By signing up for our newsletters, you consent to receive email communications from us, including updates, promotions, and information related to our services.
Newsletter subscription is optional and is not required to access our website or core services.

11.2 Use of Your Information

We collect and use your email address in accordance with our Privacy Policy and solely for delivering newsletter content relevant to our members.

11.3 Unsubscribing

Joining a WhatsApp group is voluntary and not required to access any other Mamma Social services.

12.2 Purpose of Communications

By joining a WhatsApp group, you may receive community updates, event information, and occasional partner offers relevant to members.

12.3 Consent by Action

By accepting a WhatsApp invite link provided by Mamma Social Co., you give your explicit consent to receive these messages through WhatsApp.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by leaving the group or emailing info@mammasocialco.com.

12.4 Existing Groups

If you are already a member of a Mamma Social Co. WhatsApp group, you will receive a one-time message explaining these terms.
By remaining in the group after that notice, you confirm your continued consent to receive messages in line with this policy.

12.5 Respecting Preferences

We comply with the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and follow ICO guidance on direct marketing.
We will not send marketing messages through WhatsApp or any other channel without valid consent and will always respect your right to opt out.

12.6 Record Keeping

We maintain a record of how and when consent was given, and ensure all opt-outs are respected promptly.
